Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Cooked Rice -2 cup


  • Soya Chunks -2 cup


  • Onion-1 large


  • Tomato-1


  • Green Chilli -2


  • Dry Red Chilli -1


  • Turmeric Powder -1/4tbsp


  • Red Chilli Powder -1/2 tbsp


  • Coriander Powder -1/2 tbsp


  • Garam Masala Powder -1/2 tbsp


  • Pav Bhaji Masala-1 tbsp


  • Mustard Seeds-1/2 tbsp


  • Cumin Seeds -1/2 tbsp


  • Curry leaves -8-10


  • Salt to taste


  • Cooking Oil

Directions

  • Heat water in a pan, add soya Chunks into it, give it a boil and then switch off the flame. Soak it in hot water for 5 minutes and then squeeze the water from it and keep it aside. Chop the onion and tomato. Slit the green chillies.
  • Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, dry red chilli and green chilli into it. Saute it and then add chopped onions into it. Saute it till onions become translucent.
  • Then add soya chunks into it. Stir fry it for 2 minutes and then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, pav bhaji masala, garam masala and salt into it. Mix it well and cook it for 5 minutes by covering it with a lid.
  • Then add chopped tomatoes into it, mix it and cook it till tomatoes become soft and mussy. Then add 4 tbsp of water into it and then add cooked rice into it. Mix it well and saute it for 1 minute and then switch off the flame. Leave it for 2-3 minutes by covering it with its lid and then serve it hot.
